Hello All, Need guidance in the case mentioned below :
Case: The organization has hired part-time employees, and they are going with the training with us; as they are going through the training phase, the organization has decided to give xyzzy amount for a few days after they have completed their training period, and when they are all set to work all alone on the profile, at the time phase their compensation will be raised to certain amount, Now I need to put all these details on paper so that process can run smoothly when they are taken on roll with organization.
Can any of us help me with the format for the same?
