Hello all HRs, I need to create a bond for one of our employee. The employee is going for an official foreign visit by the company. So I want help to create that. I want to mention in that the employee can't leave the company within nine months of foreign visit. Kindly guide me.

I want to mention in that, the employee can't leave the company within nine months of foreign visit as well as I want to show the charges like flight charges, hotels etc. what he has to pay to company in case he breaks the bond. What else should be mentioned in the agreement. Kindly guide me.

The proposition contained in the query is strange. What is logic or rationality in that the employee is to be restrained from leaving the company after the 'foreign visit'?

The company is spending money for that particular employee, for his training, food, lodging in abroad. In return if company is asking to serve only one year in order to serve his company with gained knowledge and expertise then what is wrong in that?
