I fully agree with Rinku's comments. One need to be more objective oriented. Recently, I was an interview panel, where a question like this was asked. " Everybody do have strong and weak points. Strong points will bring positiveness, where as weakness could add negatisam. How are you going to minimise the Corporate Loss due to your weak points, if we hire you". Frankly speaking hardly anybody could answer. This highlights objectivity.
