I have a query regarding Overseas Recruitment. Actually nowadays I am having some inquiries for Overseas Recruitment assignments.
So I just want to know weather it is necessary to have an Overseas Recruitment License for a Placement Consultancy or we can place candidates abroad without any license.

Dear Jimit,It is mendatory to have a License for the overseas recruitments. The only way you can function without the license is to go through the agency which is having such license.
