I am working in Rubber Industry and current manpower strength is 55, and current wage structure is:
Basic- Rs.3200
Special Allowance-Rs.1576.75
so, I want to know the bellow wages restructuring is correct or not??
Basic- 2810
D.A-1576
H.R.A-390
Plz help me to know the above structure of wage calculation is correct or not???
