We have a policy to complete 3 months and if an employee serves 45 days of notice then what will be the calculation.

Hi,
Three months notice means totally 90 days. If the employee served 45 days means balance 45 days gross salary to be recovered from the full and final settlement.
Hope in your employment terms this is mentioned clearly.
