The fees depend on one's expertise and standing in the profession. If you are a very new one in the trainers profession, give the ball to the firm engaging you to fix up the fees. You may some times get a fantastic fee!
In case the fees is not very high, still take the engagement as it will give you good experience to grow in the profession. Good luck.

Only then answers can be relevant.
If you are a trainer, go by the advice of Mr R Sundararajan.
