i am in urgent need of an preemployment pregnancy test policy which is required to show that females are not descriminated on the basis of sex identity.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
Actually i need this policy in regards of only women like that we are not conducting any pre employement pregnancy test and if it is disclosed in medical test we dont descriminate women in employement on this ground.
Kindly suggest me how to formulate this policy.
