Can anybody help me out with the format/ Template of agreement Letter between company and a individual Freelance content writer.
And is there any legal formalities to be taken care off, when freelancer quits or organisation terminates him/her .
Agreement Letter should contain some important points like :
1.Services to be Provided
2.Delivery Terms
3.Final Deliverables
4.Payment Terms
5.selection process
or any other important point which is missing
