You can not change it now. The employee will be under EPF scheme but not under EPS. Though Kerala High Court has rightly said that this (amendment of 2014 putting restrictions for Pension Find) was unconstitutional, the Supreme Court ruled it out and said there is nothing wrong in it. The Court should have remembered that EPF is a social security legislation meant for the benefit of employees, and not a scheme to pay salaries and allowances to a section of citizen of India employed in the EPF Organisation.
