Dear Krishna Chanchal,
Your query is vague. Please provide the background information, the nature of your industry, types of employees and above all why you have raised the query.
Thanks,

@krishna ji,
Your response is so vague to senior members too.On this platform there are seniors and you can adress them with respect.
As regards to your query,
Its all about productivity and organisation goals according to which they decide the work force strategy.
Pendemic has caused disturbances in routine of companies and it demands more safe and hygenic environment at work places.
Having said this we now ought to take measures to keep ourselves aand others safe and healthy.
It is therefore very important to stick to discipline and integrity even one works from home or any remote place.
Its we people need to ensure how we deliver with in most demanding and challenging conditions.
Lets defeat the crisis and win over the situations like pendaemic and fight our war to be more productive and define our own working strergy towards achieving organisation goals and job satisfaction.
