My wife joined LIC on 7th February, 2020. She was pregnant at the time of joining and it was declared in her medical check-up. She worked for 42 days after countrywide lockdown declared due to covid19 situation. Meantime we are advised by the employer to not leave HO without permission. So, we got salary of February, March, April and May (115 days). On 1st june we have applied for maternity leave and left HO to reach our hometown for maternity. We didn't got the salary of June month. Please guide can she is qualify for maternity leave as we have received salary for 115 days but worked there for only 42 days.
