I am looking forward for a career in HR, MBA (HR/IT) with a year recruitment experience. I would like to know what additional courses would help to have a future in HR. and how would i be benifited by SAP-HR or which module in SAP would help me in having a good HR futurtre.
Can any one sugesst me which combination would be better suited for HR.

I have recently entered in the SAP HR field..and while going thru diff. sites for study material on SAP HR with guidelines for GUI too..I just saw this site and your comment here.
So, would request you and other members also that if anyone can help me with the SAP HR material with SreenShots specially.. it wud really be very helpful to me..!
