NET for Lectureship & Junior Research Fellowship exam is conducted twice a year ie, on Jue and December. Syllabus for HRM - There are 3 papers for the NET Exam, 2 objective type papers and one describtive paper. The first paper is common for all subjects, it contains subjects like teaching aptitude, reasoning etc. Second obective paper contains the subject, it contains two part first part is general management and second part is elective paper. The third describive paper aslo contains two part first general management and second part is elective. papers to be concentrated for general mangement part are Principles of management, marketing management, economics etc. and for HR you have to concentrate on Human Resource Management - Job analysis, job specification, Recruitment selection, motivation , performance appraisal, training and development, etc.

Hi,
I am also planning to appear for NET this year and waiting for the notification. For csir they have already called for, but for mgmt, by oct end or Nov notification might get published. keep in tract with the ugc web site.
For the subjects I would advice you to go for HRM separately because in mgmt the syllabus is very huge and i ve heard that the pass ratio is 1:20. Moreover you are eligible for HRM also. I herewith attach the syllabus for mgmt, HRM as well as the entire syllabus for your reference.
