dear seniors,
last month i've resigned from my job,i was working as recruitment consultant in reputed staffing company i received a conditional relieving letter from my last company stating that you are not suppose to join any of our clients or competitors for a period of six months,now i have a excellent oppurtuinity with one of its clients which a leading corporate company,they are stating the particulr condition wrt to my employment letter
infact i was not aware of this statement when i was signing the employment letter.
please advise wht shld i do as i don't want to miss this oppurtuinity.

legally this type of ban does not have any legal authenticity and previous employer can not do any thing against you legally .you join and work hard to establish yourself ,nothing will happen.
