Can anyone tell the ways to control BP? I'm suffering from high BP and have some pain in eyes as well. Lots of body pain, drizyness and other weekness. Get irritated very easily and thinking of taking rest always. Any good medicine or ways to avoid.

Have you undergone any master Health checkup available in majority speciality hospitals?
Are you maintaining the Weight as per your height and age?
Please check the Medical history of your parents. Sometimes it may be hereditary too.
Please practise yoga daily in the morning for 30 minutes. This will reduce your BP. Never react for any situation. Be proactive towards any incidents. Be Calm and quite, if someone tells anything, then think what will be the remedial action required for that someone. Accordingly you reply and act.
Always two sides available for any coin, same way, always two sides for any action or incidents. Think in that angle and act accordingly.
Never get tensed for silly things. Keep the tension in the work and never get transformed into your body.
Always be in one place. While in workspot never think of home and while in home never think about your work.
Never give chance to any emotions and think analytically and act accordingly.
