Dear Respected, Please someone help me out that how to close the ESIC registration after if the company is running. I have registered the company in the ESIC portal and added two company employees but after adding them it was decided that management will provide them group insurance instead of ESIC. I had a word with the ESIC officer he said that no option to close ESIC portal registration if company is running. Please help

The officer is correct, ESIC registration can not be revoked or cancelled, it will stay valid for establishment for lifetime
if the establishment has planned anything from insurance sector which is better than ESIC facility, then they can approach the ESIC, if they find it better than ESIC, on their approval they would permit to exclude the employees subject to the inclusion of new insurance applicable,
