We are a manufacturing company based at Rajasthan, We are into the business from last 40 + Yrs and now grown quite big with 05 Manufacturing units and turnover of few thousand crores. As we are a family owned business so lacking in defined system & policies.
Now we are in the phase of Transformation and want to become a Professionally Managed Organization from a Family Owned business.
In this transformation the first thing what we are looking forward is drafting complete Company Policy for HR & Administration etc. keeping in mind all legal & statutory aspects of it.
I request all Sr. Experts on Policy related maters kindly guide us how to draft policy for an organization.
