Company asked me to immediately exit from the company because I launch complaints for them because they doing misbehaviour with me, and they said I will get 2month notice period salary , then I did what ever they said , now when full and final time came they are showing shortage of stock etc equal to my 2 months salary , they asking me to discuss all about , which was store manager handling not relevant to me, I given them already reply on mail I am not responsible for anything they should as for the same to store manager because they are responsible for stock. I am jobless because of company now they not giving full and final.

Worked in company 3yrs plus they doing miss behaviour with me given notice to them through court , then senior given immediate exit to me from company , resignation they approved , they promised they will give my 2month notice period salary , now they are showing some shortage which is equal to my fnf , what ever they showing its not relevant to me please help .. and suggest ,
