Artificial Intelligence (AI) is affecting a lot of industries, and the recruitment industry is not an exception. The history of recruitment goes as back as World War II. Since then the process of recruitment has changed considerably, especially in the recent past.
In this digital age, recruiters need not go through thousands of resumes. They can use screen candidates efficiently through a tool such as an ATS or an HR chatbot. The same goes for candidate matching, nurturing of candidates and a dozen other things.
This ideal process for identifying candidates couldn’t have been possible without the help of Artificial Intelligence & Machine learning. Let’s see in detail how AI is transforming recruitment in 2019.
1. Making Resume Screening easier
2. Reducing hiring time.
3. Candidate matching.
4. Removing bias and promoting diversity.
5. Taking better data-driven decisions.
All the above factors lead to one common goal that every company has, which is to hire top talent with the goal of maintaining across all the departments.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the recruitment process in numerous ways. AI-powered software can automate many repetitive and time-consuming tasks, such as resume screening and interview scheduling, freeing recruiters' time to focus on more high-value activities, such as evaluating candidates' soft skills and cultural fit.

AI can also help identify top candidates from a large pool of applicants more efficiently, using algorithms to analyze resumes, social media profiles, and other data points to match candidates with job requirements.

WebPipl is at the forefront of this transformation, offering a range of AI-powered tools and software to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.

WebPipl's iVerified video interview software uses AI to evaluate candidates' facial expressions, tone of voice, and other non-verbal cues, providing insights into their soft skills and cultural fit.

Also their myATS application tracking system automates many of the administrative tasks involved in recruitment, such as sending out interview invitations and collecting candidate feedback.

Please tell me how AI will stop the liars and cheats who submit false CV's and lie at interviews.

I would never rely on AI for this important aspect of business. Get the wrong person and it has far reaching consequences - as many of you on this forum have found out.

Nothing beats screening resumes by hand, carefully selecting the top candidates to interview, and then having a very vigorous interview with standardised questions for all candidates using behavioural based questions.
