Sir, I have left the company without giving notice & handing over the charge. what action an employer can take & is there any penalty provision is there . Please help me on the above issue

Absconding without information is a serious misconduct. Whatsoever compelling situation you should had discussed with the Employer. Hope you not signed any training agreement or Indemnity bond. In the absence of the such agreement your employer will terminate your employment contract after disciplinary process. Hope you don't have any valuables of the company. If you apply for new job during BGV your ex-employer will provide negative feedback.
