I have lot of doubts in my carrier as HR, I think this plat form will help me on it, Actually I have completed three years of service as a HR but honestly Im not satisfied in this tenure, I don't know how to process the payroll, MS-office, contract laws and Statutory part all. Actually currently i'm on Recruitment, i'll do the all the part in recruitment and I have two assistants also. Frankly I don't what stage i'm, looking for an opportunity in software sector as a HR, I don't how to grab, will you please suggest which books and course i need to learn, is it a right time to resign? No opportunities in my hand yet.

Please hold on! Without opportunities in hand just continue with the current assignment. You have just completed three years and be happy about the amount of knowledge you had gained so for. With your experience in Recruitment you can try for IT Recruiter role but you need to gain knowledge about various skill sets required for IT sector. You may try for mid level IT sector and then move on..
With regard to statutory and other areas you can gain experience once you work practically in those areas.
