i want to write a mail to managment as discussed with GM of Co. regarding weekly off for sales persons and CL and mark half day who will come late after 3 days in a month.

Re; entitlement of causal leave,weekly offs and treatment of late comers
The subject matter of casual leave,weekly off and treament of latecomers to office has been discussed with GM.
It has now been decided as follows
------- will be the weekly off day for sales staff
------- days casual leave can be taken by the employees in a year.
Also it is noticed that some staff members are arriving late to office.it has decided that if any employee comes late to office more than 3 days a month, 1/2 day c/l will be deducted from leave account.
This is for information to all concerned.
This has the approval of GM.

further to above discussion,
I hope you have recorded minutes of the meeting with GM and got it approved before issuance of such policy decisions and standing practises.
It may have union implications, if union exists.
Leave policy should be in line with your industry practises.
