Hi,
I am new to the hr field.I just want to know about following things.
*How to calculate the salary of an employee.
*what are the allowance should be included in the salary calculation
*what are the deductions should be included included in the salary calculation
*what is the standard percentage of allowances
*what is the standard percentage of the deductions
* The form of basic salary slip
*what are formalities should be taken from hr side and from employee side before the distribution of the salary to an employee
*what are the records should be maintained for the salary
*what are the formalities should i have the to keep then salary salary account in the bank
*what are the formalities should I do to deposit and withdraw the salary amount in the bank

Hi
Could any one tell me which part of fixed salary or gross salary is going to be deducted if we take the extra leave or leave taken than the assigned causal leave for the month.Will they deduct from the total gross salary or will they deduct from any one of basic or HRA or DA or fro other allowences of the gross salary.Hope you will get my question.

Hi,
How can I calculate the base salary?is this salary is fixed by an employer? I am confused about this one..Somebody's saying that it is 50 or 40% of CTC.I do not know how it is comes.Can anyone clear my doubt? I mean I am clear if the basic salary is fixed by an employer.Otherwise it is like calculated from CTC or not means i am getting confusion about that.

Your salary should be according to the present Minimum wages annonuced by the labour department atleast. please check the present minimum wages.

Hi can any one guide me about full details regarding the formalities of salary distribution for an employee.i need to know following things.
1.Methods of salary providing viz.,salary in hand,transfer via bank etc.
2.if it is salary in hand what are the formalities should get from the employee.
3.if the salary through the bank account how can I open the account for him I mean should it be the normal bank account or should it be salary account?.
4.Which one is best for an employee as well as for employers.
5.What are the formalities should take from an employee for opening whether the normal account or salary account.
6.How can I transfer the amount to the accounts of an employee.I mean should I open the account regarding the company then should I transfer to them?
7.If I want to open the bank account on behalf of the company what are the formalities should I take?
8.What are the things should I have with the bank to transfer the amount to the account of the employee?
