Pls help
What should i do if the supervisor of mine not accepting resignation. They are telling to serve notice period of 90 days. I have given 15 days notice and is willing to pay the compensation to company.
I have submitted my resignation due to genuine personal problem and also mentioned that i am not in mental condition to work.
In my company clause it is mentioned " The notice period is 90 days, but in case of exigencies, u can pay notice period amount"
Suggest me wht to do?

You mail your resignation and deposit the notice pay make note of ur chagre and also handover to ur boss if not accpeted send by mail
and u can be free from your job.
Also keep them cooperating as u hv worked for them and you must have moral attachment also na.
