Statutary comliances are the necessary legal requirements which are required to be maintained or submitted under factories and contract labour act.

Hi,
in Statutory Compliances we are following the rules and regulations as specified by the our country Labour Laws.
In Statutory Compliances we are maitaining the papers as per the office registered by the particular Acts.
Offices may be registered by these Act
1. Shop and Establishment Act
2. Factory Act
3. Company Act
4. Contract Labour Act etc.
accordingly we are maintaining the papers. Some compliances like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus etc must be maintained by all offices which are registered by any Act.
So, it will be better pls. let me know your offices are associated by which one of the four Acts accordingly i will give what exact papers are required for your office.

Hi Bhavana,
Under the Shop & Establishment Act you have to maintain following papers:
1. Notice of Weekly Closure
2. Notice of Holiday
3. Notices of period of work of Employees
4. Leave with wages Register
5. Register of Wages and Overtime Payment.
6. Register of Fines and deduction
7. Quarterly return for the month March/June/September/December
8. Service Card to Employee
9. Attendance Register
10. Wages Register
beside these you have to display some abstract on your office notice board like
A. Registration certificate of your offices under Shop & Establishement
B. Holiday List
C. Rate of Minimum wages
D. Inspector name and His address
E. Abstract of the Gratuity (Form U) in English and Local language
F. Abstract of the Minimum wages
G. Date and Time of payment and payment method
H. Abstract of Child Labour
