I have created user account on Shram Suvidha and have updated the company profile as well. But every time I click on the tab egistration for EPFO-ESIC I get error that "You are not authorised to access registration for EPFO-ESIC" or the page just refreshes and nothing happens. I am not able to register the Company under EPF. Have tried to contact Shram Suvidha Help Desk but they have not been helpful. Am I missing any steps? Please help if anyone knows how to resolve this issue.
