Hi all,

How can a company still keep its employee morale at its best and regain their confidence in us even when they are going through a really bad financial crisis for the past year? How can HR help the company in this situation? The company is confident that they will see a brighter side soon, but patience is required for that D-day.

Give your comments and suggestions for the same.

Explain in anticipation about the facts regarding the trials put forth by the company to evolve itself to be sustainable.

On the whole, let them know that their valuable support is very much required in getting things done.

Maintain openness only in the real possible trials (and don't let them know about every trial).

Make them feel that they are going to grow with the company.

Make them believe that the financial crisis did not occur because of the company's incapability but rather due to some other reason (such as the company suddenly investing in new projects, which will likely lead to a brighter future for the company, causing the crisis).

Let them feel that the company is entirely reliant on its employees for upcoming projects, and the current situation we are facing is just due to some enhancements that will be made in increasing recruitment for these projects.

Based on all the points mentioned above, make them feel these are temporary adjustments in expanding operations and certainly not a downfall of the company that every employee should be concerned about.
