I am eager to learn how to practically implement the "5 S" system in industries. For example, how to form the "5 S" team, who will oversee the function of the "5 S" team, the number of members in the team, what records to maintain, auditing the "5 S" practices, budget requirements, and whether there is any monthly planning such as training, etc.
