I think you don't plan for opening a call center. You will be at a loss, not to demotivate but to state the fact. Money does not play an important role; you will lose whatever you have earned. Instead, invest your mind, let others invest in you, and run the show if you are that capable. You have to spend on infrastructure, manpower, computers, servers, loans if taken any, clients play an important role, even your branding. If it's a new company, people will fool in front of your eyes. If you are looking for a franchise, the company will set its business through you; if there is a loss, you will repent.
