Please see the attachment and call 9810849553 for any inquiries regarding the salary. The basic salary is divided by 12% according to the formula: Basic salary * 12% = 420. The PF amount deducted from the employee is 420. The amount deducted from the employer is calculated as follows: 3500 * 13.61% = 476. The total amount credited to PF accounts includes A/c 1, A/c 2, A/c 10, A/c 21, and A/c 22. The total deposit to the PF amount sums up to 25.61% and is to be made to SBI Bank. For further assistance, contact Narendra Singh at 9810849553.

I am working with a Pvt. Ltd. Company having 6 employees on the roll. We are paying Professional Tax monthly, and I would like to know more about filing Professional Tax Return. Is it required to file the return on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis? I would be grateful to friends who can send me the Annual Profession Tax Return Format in an Excel sheet along with the above information.
Sincere thanks,
Rajesh

Provident fund is calculated at 12% of the basic salary, which is deducted from the employee's salary. Additionally, the employer contributes the same amount plus 12% of the basic salary. Therefore, the total of 12% deduction from the employee and 12% contribution from the employer is remitted to the Provident Fund Department.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
