Could you please forward some attractive Employee Referral policies, Also could someone please suggest me where i can see some of the best HR Policies and procedure, is it available somewhere on the net or books Please revert back with your advise and suggestions

Dear Poornima,
Referral Policy is just a part of the whole HR Policy. You don't have to go for the whole but you may add the refferal policy related information into the existing one after selecting the mode of referral as well as the benefits to the employees.
