This game is something through which you can inculcate leadership skills, team building, and time management. I have conducted this game with management students in a noted business school with effective results and response.
You can divide the batch into different teams according to the size of the training batch. Once you have done that, assign an event to be organized by the team, keeping in mind every detail such as the guest list, snacks, etc., within a limited budget and time.
Once the time is over, you can grade them on their work done, considering every detail within the provided time and budget.
