Dear All

I am a 1st yr MBA student..i am doing my project in change management..i am doing it in an IT company which sells ERP. I am going to find out the change management practices used by one of its client company

My project title is

‘A Study on the Change Management of an organization, implementing an ERP’

And my objectives are:

1. To study various implementation methods of erp and its impact on the organization.
2. To identify various factors that result in employee resistance to ERP with in that organization.
3. To study the change management practice of the organization.
4. To identify the gaps in change management of the organization and to suggest alternatives.

I will be really glad if someone can advise me on my topic and its objectives ?are they ok??any types of suggestions are most welcome
Moreover how can I make my study useful to my company which is the erp vendor company.
Please suggest and help me out

Let me clarify, are you going to provide alternative practices in line with the current practice? Or, are you going to check the resistance level of the employees towards change management? Let me know so that I could help you in a better way.

Please see my post on this topic and also on Research methodology. If you search CiteHr and or the web, you will get more than adequate information. But beware of designing a questionnaire and then asking people to tell you how to analyze, etc. Please do not put the "cart before the horse" as the saying goes. Have a nice day.
