Hi,

Employees are not ready to change themselves, even though they are getting a good salary and all types of benefits. They are not ready to take on new challenges or new job responsibilities.

Requirements:
- What should I do first?
- What is the solution?
- Steps for bringing about new changes.

Please provide the answers.

Did you ask them why they are not willing to take on these new responsibilities? Is it in their job scope, line of work, or perhaps they are worried about their job changing and are not interested in this?

Despite getting a good salary and benefits, some people do not take on positions because they do not want to incur certain responsibilities.

Let us know if you have more details and information.

Food for thought. Cheers! Rekha

Change is the most painful process for all of us. Deciding to change leads to the next stage, which is uncertainty. Change also means coming out of the comfort zone and taking on a new persona, responsibilities, and becoming someone we ourselves are not sure about.
