Thank you for your advice, Pallavi. The issue is that without being promoted from a Junior GF, applicants are seeking promotion to Senior GF. How can this be granted without any performance assessment? Sindhu Ji, this time you are making excuses. I appreciate your efforts in preparing your candidate for the interview, but it seems that despite your hard work, she has regressed. Please put in extra effort to help her regain her best form. Hopefully, then you can enjoy several candlelight and tubelight dinners after endorsing her candidacy.
