Kindly confirm if the attachment provided by Mr. Jai Bakshi is true and correct. As per me, it has some flaws and loopholes. I badly need an explanation for filling up the combined challan. I am unable to understand how the figures will come in A/c 1, 2, 10, 21, 22. Please help.

I want to know if the PF challan should be filled by the employer separately for each employee or in a combined way per month. Is it necessary to fill out the PF challan for each employee separately? Please help me.
