For the salary survey:

You need to have a Job Description as it is always beneficial to have the survey done on the basis of the Job Description rather than designation. You can get the survey done by Mafoi, Omam Consultancy; they have a knack for this. If your JD is not ready, then these consultancies have a form on which they can elicit information regarding the job and will proceed with the survey. If you are not interested in the above, you can always opt for a readymade compensation survey done based on the industry.

For salary restructuring, you need to tell me what kind of salary structure exists in your company and what kind of salary structure your company intends to go ahead with.

I have seen Mercer/Mafoi studies on the same, but I don't have anything like that on hand. What I currently need is a questionnaire that I can use for data collection from different organizations.
