I request you to specify more on what you intend to actually ask. See, Q12 Gallup Organization's Survey is mainly carried out by firms for employee satisfaction and engagement. It has 12 main questions for which the employee has to rate from 1 to 5 (5 being the highest).
Questions vary. For instance, "Do you know what is expected of you?", "Did your manager speak to you regarding your work last month?", "Are you being motivated?", "Do you like your team?", etc. (these are instances for those questions).
Practically, these questions are surveyed by the managers, in turn, unit heads. The percentage of the overall score is calculated, and consequences are based on the resulting score.

Then, you can do quite a bit of analysis. You need to collect more information about the different responders: status, age, sex, etc. You could use these to see if there are any differences between them.
You could also conduct a factor analysis to see which of the questions form a group, i.e., have high correlation. Maybe if you ask an overall question like "How satisfied they are with their work?" you may be able to correlate that to other questions.

I would suggest one change to Q1, which measures two factors: Tools and Supplies. How will you know whether tools or supplies or both are good/bad? It is always better to measure one factor with one question.

As an MBA student, I am working on my final project which focuses on the topic of work commitment and its influence on customer satisfaction. We are an FMCG Concern; here, tools and supplies are very important, such as well-conditioned vehicles, merchandising equipment, stationery, sales tools like handheld terminals, good working PCs, printers, and other IT-related items. We need to evaluate whether an employee is satisfied with his current tools and supplies as part of the Engagement survey as it also affects the Engagement Index.

Hi Jaleel, thanks for the claification. How will a person respond if the equipment is good but enough stationaries are not there? it is always better to include only one factor per question.

I am changing my questionnaire to include age group, sex, class-wise distribution, department-wise distribution, etc. In my company, there are a total of 9 departments, and in all departments, employees are classified into 4 classes. The total employee strength is 4306. I want to collect data from 300 employees as samples.

One quick observation: Ask for background information at the end. Also, state that the information given will be treated as confidential and that only you will have access to it (if that's true).
Additionally, do not ask two questions in one. For example, they may have material but not tools. The treatment may be objective but not fair, etc.
