I did my project on Training & Development too and I found the subject to be very interesting as it has so many aspects to explore. Going through so many different organizations will give you a better idea on the differences of the industries and employees etc.

Instead of asking for soft copies, do some literature search, decide on the aim and objectives that are beneficial to the organization (if you have one that gives access) and yourself. Then, arrive at a conceptual framework, etc. Please refer to my posts at citehr on Research Methodology and also for posts with sample projects, which are attached and will act as a guide for the format of the project report.

After that, you should search for articles related to that topic. Set the objectives for the project, then create questionnaires accordingly. For instance, if you aim to assess the effectiveness of training in an organization, set objectives related to this topic. Develop questionnaires for each objective. Have they given any instructions for an internship project? A real-time project should be OK, provided you can do some literature survey about opening new stores and explain why it was necessary, describe what was done and how, explain why it was done that way and what other options were there and why they were ruled, and then evaluate what you learned from that experience and how the practical aspects relate to what you studied in the classes. Please search the web for any information on real-time project reporting.

- Through this Live Project, we are not only able to judge the most suitable candidates for the required operations, but we also provide a kind of gap-filling between bookish HR knowledge and the Real HR Functions (and we would agree with the point that both are different from one another in their true nature).
- 'NON-PAID' Project means that we are not going to charge the students for providing them the training in Core HR.

A project ideally should be about a company that you have worked with so that personal information about your experiences can also be included. However, Pooja, if you seek help from someone else in making the project, you will lose the charm of actually conducting research and gathering information.
