As Verma Rajesh explained, once PF contribution is deducted, we have to remit the amount to PF authority on a monthly basis. On a yearly basis, we have to submit Form 3A (detailed individual contribution details run for a year) & Form 6A, a summary of contributions in one single line. Upon receipt of this, the PF authority will issue Form 23 with details of all accumulated amounts to each employee through the employer.
