I am working on a project where i have to design a HR manual which would comprise of all the HR processes and these should be compliant with ISO standards
Could you please suggest what all should be included in it
Any sample manual or document that you could share
Any suggestions/ideas so that i could start off
Also, if the company is located in the Middle-East, how things would differ?
