Dear VKS,

First of all, always distribute the sweets among all the employees. This will benefit as all of them will be aware of the achievement of the company. Arrange a dinner/lunch get-together at the office premises if possible. And award all of them who contributed to a big achievement.

Hello VSK,

I am sure you would get a lot of event management people to handle the celebration. But don't forget to arrange for some good take-away for the employee families [wife & kids]... had they not had that support, they wouldn't have delivered.
