Now, I need to submit my project, but I am unsure about what to add to make it 80 pages. The project is worth 200 marks. Please help me out.

Is this your internship report for the final project? From the marks that you quoted, it looks like the latter. Is this part of any academic course? If so, where are you studying and for what? Normally, institutions have guidelines for project reports. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects (a sample report on Management by Objectives is attached). In other posts, I have given links to sites that have guidelines for writing reports. Kindly look at them too.
