Please help me in framing HR policy for an electronic manufacturing unit in Bangalore.
With more emphasis on statutory compliances.
- Leaves
- Mandatory Offs/Holidays
- Employing contract labour : While employing contract labour is there any appt. letter involved also is 6 months the limit for PF/ESI.
Any other aspects which needs to be considered.
