Hello Cite,

Happy and prosperous New Year to everyone. Hare Krishna...

Recently, I have received an order to design a training program to help the heads of different verticals work together. The problem, as I understand it, lies in their differences in nature. One is an important seeker, another retreats into a shell when the situation demands, another believes other departments are useless, and yet another dislikes training. There are a total of 10 people with similar issues.

From my understanding, we cannot change their nature as they are already in their fifties. Each one excels in their respective domains. How can this team be made to work together? What kind of module should be designed? We are considering an outbound training session.

Please provide me with your valuable insights.

Regards,
Vijay

Hi Vijay,

Can you clarify for me what the duration would be for the outbound training and the location? If possible, I can help you with some details on how to conduct the outbound training.

According to my perception, conducting an OBT for a minimum of 15 people would sound worthwhile. You can view our website for further details on Outbound training at pace-pricol.com.
