This is really good form collection. I have one query, i.e., is it possible to adopt all the formats at a time in one organization? Most of them are using in the organization, but not in a lot of quantity.

SIR,
I was working in Bombay for one year and left that company since I got a job in Gujarat. But I didn't claim for the P.F. amount. Now I have changed my job and am presently working in HAL Bangalore. What shall I do with my P.F. amount from my old employer in Bombay? Shall I withdraw it, or is there a possibility to transfer my account to my present employer? If so, please send me the withdrawal form or transfer form.
Please suggest me.

Dear Rohit,
Your contribution not only shows your intention of helping and developing others but also the ways and means that a training program should be looked at. It's such a robust mechanism, should be supported by system-driven policies of the company. I appreciate your efforts in gathering them, and I wish your company should utilize your skills and talent, as it is.

Hello Rohit,
Thanks for sharing such informative content. In India, training is not taken as seriously, but I am glad to see your efforts and appreciate them. Your dedication has also inspired me to organize a lot of HR materials that I have with me but have not used much.
Thanks for the inspiration!

Since when does anybody nominate for training, he/she asks about the menu rather than the content of the training... psychology of Indian people. But still, we want to change the mindset through training.

Dear Rohit,
I would like to have your views on Training Bond, which some companies follow. Sometimes, they say that they have incorporated such bonds to get commitment from participants to learn and take training seriously. Can you suggest a better way of getting the results without bonds? I feel that at times, bonds send a negative signal to participants, and they refuse to go ahead with trainings.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,

Dear All,
It is nice that many of you post the most useful information, links, and PPTs. The problem is, invariably, many files do not open. Either they are corrupt or not in the right format. Can we do something to get rid of this issue? If the site administrator takes a little more care, it could be easily resolved. Hope to see a positive change!

Hi Rohit,
Thanks a ton for this wonderful resource. Very useful for setting up a Training Process. One observation is the Training Evaluation Form (Daily) should be a more measurable form and less subjective so that it would be easy to calculate the training effectiveness.
