I have joined as an HR manager in an upcoming infrastructure company. Here, my role is to design the entire organizational flow of project management, finance, SCM admin, and HR departments. I need to develop flow charts for the departments and create required standard formats and job descriptions. I am new to infrastructure/construction company operations. Can I get some inputs or a process flow to help me design the entire organizational flow?

Hi Rajendra,

I am also new to the infrastructure org, having around 450 consultants who consult with other companies. I have been given the responsibility of setting new systems. We have a personnel dept, but are trying to be more employee-centric and have more HRD systems in place. If you can share your experience in the last few months on various issues, I will really appreciate it, such as:
- Manpower planning
- Policies
- Employee Engagement

The main focus here is also to reduce employee turnover.
