Can you please help me regarding the maximum age limit of employees with some government GR or any ACT/Rules? Like some tender conditions state that employees should not be above 60 years of age, generally in national highways tenders.
The reason I need this information is that many government retired officers join consultancy firms (with influence and power) and also continue to receive their pensions, which leads to unemployment among new generations.
