    I must say that you have done a great job by listing all the necessary information that the management needs from HR and also what they need to focus on as finally HR is a business partner not the full owner :-)
    You could have also suggested them on some recruitment bonus for the recruiters or perks or something which motivates the recruiters as even they need motivation. But all and all great work and you deserve the appreciation.
